The Interior Projects awarded by Cognizant are on an invitation basis only. They are required to be completed in 120 days with partial hand-over of BMS & Networking Services starting from 90 days. Specifications of each project are provided in the RFP.
DESIGN BASIS FOR CTS PROJECTS :
The office interiors have state of the art BMS systems. The seating layout is organized into work pools or expandable ODC’s. The layout accommodates maximum number of people with comfort and close proximity to fire exits.
